At About Space Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if a fixture isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and have not been installed to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the specific lighting fixtures you wish to return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the correct warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all mounting hardware and instructions, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outer shipping carton.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using a tracked courier service; once our technicians inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
